An International Conference to be held in April 2020

Apology for cancellation of this international conference:
We regret to inform all our members and well-wishers that we were planning to organize this conference on April 25-26 this year, but due to the recent worldwide fears and risk of corona virus infection, we have cancelled this conference and plan to do it next year. The exact dates of the conference will be informed of later through our website.

Published on 12 March 2019: The Executive Committee meeting held on 11 March 2019 in Lalitpur decided that Nepal Geotechnical Society will organize an international conference on geotechnical earthquake engineering and geoscience issues (main theme is yet to be decided) in April 2020 to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the 2015 devastating Gorkha Earthquake.
